1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Dattu Painting Services (Dattu Painting And Waterproofing Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Dattu Painting Services provides professional painting, waterproofing, texture finishing, putty work, and related services in Nashik and surrounding areas. Specific service terms are agreed upon individually before each project commences.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are provided after a free site inspection.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after agreement.
- Any additional work requested after commencement will be quoted separately.
4. Payment Terms
- 30% advance payment required upon project confirmation.
- 40% payment after surface preparation and primer application.
- 30% balance payment upon project completion and customer walk-through.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and cheque payments.
5. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays due to weather conditions, material unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of agreement. We will inform you promptly of any anticipated delays.
6. Warranty
- Painting work: We guarantee our workmanship. If paint peels or defects appear within 6 months due to our application errors, we will rectify at no charge.
- Waterproofing: Subject to the specific product warranty (up to 5 years for Dr. Fixit systems). Warranty conditions apply as per the product manufacturer.
- Warranties do not cover damage from structural issues, Acts of God, or misuse.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
- Remove or protect personal valuables and fragile items.
- Ensure availability for site inspection and handover.
- Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before work commences: Full advance refund minus any material costs already incurred. Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for work completed and materials used.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
